Our butler McCarthy was exceptional, always quick to respond and kept our mini fridge well-stocked with our favorite drinks.

Unfortunately, the shower in our suite didn't get hot during our stay.

The fitness center feels outdated!!! The beach requires an unnecessary walk, which can be a hassle at times!!! The spa temperature is not warm enough for relaxation, making it less enjoyable for a serene pampering experience!!!

Had an amazing vacation with friends! The butlers, especially Daniel, went above and beyond. We enjoyed daily water adventures nearby and found this spot perfect for relaxing without kids around. The food at the restaurant was on point, and poolside service was top-notch. Don't miss out on the events they host. they're super fun!

Spent 4 nights at Serenity at Coconut Bay in a Premium Plunge Pool Butler Suite. The room was spacious and included a private outdoor area with a plunge pool, perfect for relaxing in privacy. Housekeeping came twice a day to keep everything clean, which I appreciated. Our butler Narissa was fantastic, always checking in if we needed anything. We enjoyed breakfast in our room almost every day, which was such a treat. The Greathouse restaurant had a diverse menu. the lamb was outstanding—definitely a highlight. The beach, while a short walk away, required a bit more effort than I anticipated. The cabanas offered at the beach were nice, and ordering food felt effortless with the butler service. The fitness center, located in the larger Coconut Bay resort, felt dated and could use some upgrades. Despite that, the overall experience was exceptional, with a tranquil vibe and attentive staff making our stay enjoyable.
